VUKARI Another excellent album from this most excellent artist. Some of the finest black metal I've ever listened to in my many years of listening. Favorite track: Elegy.

Brian M. I will spend a ludicrous amount of money when and if this comes to vinyl. I'd spend a ludicrous amount of money for the closing track alone on vinyl. This probably won't be my AoTY, but it'll be pretty damn high on the list. Beautiful piece of art. Favorite track: Scent of Sleep and Tears.

𝙅𝙤𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙡𝙡 Crystal-clear vision and aesthetically very pleasing sounds. Such understanding of black metal dynamics and bringing something fresh and new into it. Some 80's melodical shades here and there. And when it descends into jazzy stuff I melt. Icy, dry and debonair emotional rollercoaster. My stuff. Favorite track: Elegy.

☠-Tʰᵉ-Aͣuͬtͭiͥˢtͭiͥcͨ-☠ 4th track, this track is an absolute masterpiece on it own level, I honestly thought this album was amazing already, then this track grabbed a hold of me and sent me through what can only be described as the most incredible journey of escapism and dissociation from reality. Honestly there’s no psychedelic or any place in the world that could make you feel and react with every single part of the body as this track does. It makes it obvious that the three tracks before was to set you up for this Favorite track: Scent of Sleep and Tears.

Through the ether, a black metal boy showed me “Swordsman”. I was astonished at the mix of shoe-gaze and black metal. The album’s atmosphere is heavy, dark like night. Words cannot describe. Sultry in its romance, there is a sense of melancholic limerance. It allows a soundscape similar to Burzum’s ambient but with a deep electric guitar. Ugh it hurts so well. posion_princess
